Penfield, N.Y. — The Penfield Town Board has set public hearings for two new businesses at Four Corners. Applicants Salvatore Aquino and Jennifer Henry are looking to open The 5 Mile Cafe at 2084 Five Mile Line Road – a sit-down restaurant with outdoor dining.
